Arthroscopic ACL reconstruction using an autograft is a minimally invasive procedure performed to restore stability of the knee after ligament injury. During the surgery, a tendon graft taken from the patient’s own body is used to reconstruct the torn anterior cruciate ligament under camera guidance. This technique allows precise placement of the graft, promotes natural healing, and reduces the risk of rejection, enabling patients to regain knee function and return to daily activities and sports with proper rehabilitation.
